BRIEF VILLAGE TOUR
Skado is located 34 km northeast of Naxos Town. It is a traditional village surrounded by greenery, built amphitheatrically on the eastern slopes of Mount Koronos. It is one of the emery villages of the island, where locals historically worked in the emery mines. Today, it has around 80 inhabitants and comes alive during the summer months.

We will visit the old olive press in the center of the village, as well as the church of Panagia, which is believed to have been built during the Turkish occupation.

The tour includes a stop at the former grocery store << Fakureli >>, offering a stunning view where you can enjoy a refreshing Greek coffee. Guests will also have the opportunity to taste local dishes made from selected products.
